How To Download Your Driver Improvement Clinic Certificate [Mac]

In this video I walk through the exact steps you need to open and print the PDF certificate you receive after passing your exam, specifically on an Apple Mac computer. First, I explain that the email you get contains two attachments: a set of instructions for opening, viewing, and printing the certificate, and a link to download Adobe Acrobat Reader if you don’t already have it. When you try to open the certificate directly from the email you’ll see a reminder that you must have the Reader installed. The next step is to download the PDF file to your Mac – you can save it anywhere, but I usually let it go to the Downloads folder. Once the file is on your computer, simply double‑click it; because I already have Adobe Acrobat Reader (the beta version) installed, the file opens immediately and I can view the certificate. To get a physical copy, I use the normal Print command, but I stress that the certificate must be printed on plain white paper; colored paper is not allowed. Finally, I thank the viewer for watching.
